SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our jewelry is handmade here in the US, production time varies, but you should expect at least one to two weeks including shipping time. You’ll receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped.
RETURN POLICY
If you’re unhappy with your purchase just E-mail us at ficklefoxco@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll send a return label. Unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the order date for exchange or refund. This excludes final sale and custom items which are non-returnable. Merchandise must be returned unused, in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and a 5% restocking fee on purchase price.
Please pack your return with care. Items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS
Upon receipt and processing of your return, which typically can take up to 20 business days from your date of shipment, you will receive an email from Us with confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment. Please note that taxes will be refunded along with the items that you send back, however, shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.
International shipping
We ship our baubles around the world! At this time, we are excited to offer international shipping to the following countries on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and United Kingdom
.Prices are displayed in US dollars, and are exclusive of taxes. All shipping costs, sales tax, and customs duty (where applicable) will be included in the final purchase price during the Order Review section of Checkout.
We offer secure one-step checkout with credit card and Paypal for international orders. If your billing address is located in a country that we do not ship to, PayPal will be the only option at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
We accept qualifying returns for an Exchange only.Merchandise must be unworn and postmarked within 30 days of the ship date. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees
Return shipping process:
All international orders require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, email ficklfoxco@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the items you’ll be returning.Your original invoice and RMA code number must be included with your return. Please mark the appropriate return code(s) on your invoice.You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
